Not too early to shake things up?

I usually don't play fantasy gm with a real life team, that is what fantasy basketball is for, but it's obvious this isn't working. Now, I now you can't blame it all on Wittman, since his 2 best players are out hurt, but firing the GM is a option.

I like Troy Weaver Asst GM to OKC. Guy with local ties, and is an organization that started a rebuilding process to where they are now. Keep Wittman around for the year to see if he builds any kind of hope for next year. Otherwise, bring in someone new.

A personnel move might be in order as well. A nice trade of Booker and Singelton to Dallas for Roddy Beaubois and Brandon Wright. Some shooting and an inside presence with shot blocking skills that can also rebound. Not sure Booker and Singleton are long term fixtures for this team.

Let me hear your thoughts. Any other ideas for moves. You don't want to throw in the towel this early, but can things get any worse?
