i would hope
Roger would be gone…we cut him too soon and signed him too late.
Full force get hyped!!!!!!
yeah the only reason i can see him still being here is because hes a good vet to have around young players
And boy do we have a lot of youngyins on the squad. But other wise he’s been useless to us this whole year

oh ok
But what happens when he becomes healthy in a couple weeks?
by no more kwame's in dc on Jan 30, 2012 9:59 AM EST via mobile up reply actions
why?
Hamady is 15th player in roster, why someone would need to go? Or did we sign someone new?
If anything I think we need another player to be sent down to the D League
Seraphin is the first target.
Blatche, Rashard, Mo Evans, etc. could be assigned to the D League, but only with their blessing.
Seraphin won't go.
When he was drafted, one of his agents conditions was that he would never get sent down.

why did we agree to that??? We knew he was insanely raw when we drafted him.

It's for pride. I know last year his agent didn't want him in the D League but things change now.
But Kevin is going to remain an undeveloped player without some meaningful playing time. The D League is a much better option for him to play right now….

I think it has more to do with Ian Mahinmi
being stuck in the D-League his first two years with the Spurs. Buona Ndiaye seems to feel that it hurt Ian’s development.

No one's going
The rule is that a team is allowed 15 players under contract. Under certain circumstances, 1 or more of those 15 can be sent to the D-League. They are still under contract and still count towards the 15.
Of the 15, only 13 can dress for a game.
There is no injured list or IR.
they probably picked him up
because Turiaf is still injured and Blatche has issues with his shoulder
I hope he manages to get a few minutes
We need to see what we’ve got with him so we know what to do with him. Plus with our record as is at the moment, he has every right to get a chance.
He by all accounts seems to be a really good kid and a hard worker.

I trust the people that watch these guys every day . . .
but I really hope H gets some minutes and can stick. He’s the anti-Dray in terms of work ethic and effort.

How has H performed in the D league?

So off the top that's about
10.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per 36.
Really wondering how he’s showing as a man/team defender. Can he set a pick?
you know he can set a pick
our best pickers are Book, Seraphin, and probably Smiles
Yeah...
and 5 blocks per 36…. the guy was blocking shots right and left in the D-League….
I used to have super powers until my psychiatrist took them away.
is that a feather in the cap blocking d leaguers shots lol
Hamady seems like a nice gentlemen that not suited to play at the nba level. suspect hands light in boards no offense but block shots.
Blatche
Complained after a bad play to Wittman, Wittman sends Vesely to the scorers table, Blatche gets a bucket in transition, using a nifty bounce-hop to fool 2 defenders before laying it in off the glass. As he turns and walks, he looks at Wittman. Wittman benches him and as the Charlotte announcers predicted, he didn’t play a single minute after that..
I think we missed Blatche since he is the current back up for Javale. If Blatche needs to be disciplined, you need Smiles to back up McGee

Hamady! Dudes put on weight and has worked hard this off season and he has probably the sweetest gap tooth smile out

Definitely
I’m ready to see if he can bring some much need size inside (or length more specifically) when JaVale needs rest. And how can you not love the gap?
I'm not going to think of something extra witty or clever to say, I don't want to convince you to see things my way, I just have 2 words for you: JEREMY LAMB
He's not very good
he’ll probably be a 12/13th man during his NBA career
