I agree these three will never get it, but I don't think it's necessary to get rid of all three. I would re-sign McGee, hopefully trade Nick, and take anything including a bag of chips for Blatche.

On the other hand, he kinda does have a point…the Wizards are never going to be a contender if our roster is stacked with guys who either have no hustle or low BBIQ.
