In a nutshell

The young players haven’t developed enough (especially John Wall), the offense is terrible (especially in the half court) and their collective basketball IQ is low. It’s a solid piece, but there is nothing there hasn’t been said before, in one way or another.

Thanks for summarizing it. I’ll get around to subscribing to Insider one of these days, if it’s really worth it? Those three problems you’ve mentioned have unfortunately become a theme that’s been drilled into my psyche for sometime now. Even more this season I find myself remembering that patience is a virtue.

There are other must read articles – from rating every NBA player, to the draft, to rookie rankings and many more very good articles….

On the whole it's solid

Occasionally there will be some dud articles like that, but on the whole it’s very good. The way I got it was through a special deal for ESPN Magazine where I got a year subscription for two bucks. Keep an eye on special deals like that because you get the Insider subscription automatically if you get the magazine.
