Wall definitely looks taller

He was standing next to Terrence Williams, and they look the same height. He has legit 2-guard size.

But jeepers wall’s defensive stance is something offensive. the weak side hand is not only down, it’s pinned down… against his leg? 0:45, 1:05, 1:51

old fogey hat on but… don’t young’ns know how much extra mayhem they can cause just by active hands alone? what good is that wingspan if nobody ever uses it?

fantastic passes though. the dribble-penetration i’m not wowed at all bc he’s driving against someone nearly a foot shorter than him…

Its a lost art, and you see a lot of easy entry and swing passes when guys’ hands aren’t up. Its a discipline thing. Also, Tony Wroten is around 6’5 and at this point in the league, size for position isn’t as important. But if Wall can hit that jumper, it’ll be a lot easier to play him off-ball at times, even though we want the ball in his hands as much as possible.

His handle looks improved to me. Do you guys see that too?

I guess the Isomotion gross-over pull up fading J from the top off the key is going to be his signature J. I like it! Looks much better than stepping into his midrange set jumper like he did all season long last yr.

His D… He steps sideways as he backs up and seems to direct his man into the red-carpet alley he created for him, while keeping his hands down… he did that a lot last yr as well. Its almost as if he is stepping out of the way for a teammate, except it isn’t his teammate.
