My new analysis: I Like him a lot more.  I actually think his biggest impact will be on defense.  A real team player, very few mistakes, always trying to get it inside and make the smart pass – maybe even too much.   I would have liked to see more jumpshots – which he was definitely hesitant to do, but he was one of the younger players on the team and played within the system.     Often guarded by smaller players he tried to post up a lot.   I think his roll will be different on the wizards.
