Now that the Heat failed the to win the championship, David Thorpe says he doesn't expect Erik Spoelstra to keep his job.

If Pat Riley really does fire Spoelstra, should the Wizards go after him? Of course this would mean firing Flip.

Some wanted Flip to be fired during the season, some defended him. Others have said that it's one thing to scream a coach should be fired but its another to come up with a good alternative. Well then, Spoelstra may be on the market pretty soon.

Personally, I like him. A bright young coach who knows what it takes to win (defense!)
