Defensive approach

According to multiple mock drafts it seems that the two best defensive players in this draft will be Bismack Biyombo and Chris Singleton. There is a decent chance that the wizards will have an opportunity to draft both these players (Biyombo at 6 and Singleton at 18). Regardless of who we draft this year, next year seems destined to be another rough year. I think we are probably 2-3 years away from becoming a formidable team. If we draft these two great defenders and try to deal for some picks for next year, we could end up getting 2-3 first round picks in a very good/deep draft year (at least one lottery pick) and 2 lockdown defenders for future playoff teams down the road. Imagine a lineup next year of John Wall, Jordan Crawford, Chris Singleton, Bismack Biyombo, and Javale Mcgee. 4/5 of those guys have the potential to be elite defenders. Yeah, offense will be almost non-existent, but i think its much harder to find great defenders than great scorers, and we will probably get a higher lottery pick next year than if we picked an immediate impact guy like kanter.
