I like Beckley Mason (other blog here) a lot, and I am liking a lot of what I'm seeing from Jordan Crawford, but I do think this is a bit over the top at times. Not disagreeing from the main point, I suppose, but I worry this is the "shiny new toy" syndrome at play, where we put a player up too high before later tearing him down once the stuff we once loved becomes routine. I like his competitive spirit and I know that he can score, but he's also still not efficient and may never be. You need both. Also, here's the SB Nation Hawks blog Peachtree Hoops expressing some remorse about losing Crawford.
