Emir Preldzic vs. Olin Edirne
Fenerbahçe Ülker bounced back from last week’s loss to arch-rival Besiktas with a win over Olin Erdine on the road, 83-78, this Sunday, March the 20th, improving its record to 19-3 and remaining atop the TBL standings.
Washington Wizards’ Emir Preldzic started and logged 35 minutes of playing time. Preldzic scored 10 points on 3-of-12 shooting from the field and 4-of-6 from the foul line, grabbed 15 rebounds and dished 10 assists.

Preldzic’s shot is erratic, but he’s terrific at finding open teammates. He dribbles like a guard, and he’s 6’9"
I’ve watched him play a couple times, and his energy level is off the charts.
I want to see the Wizards bring him over for Summer League….. see if he could perhaps play 10 minutes a night as a back up Point Guard (no, I’m not kidding – that’s how well he handles the basketball), and also fill in at Small Forward occasionally…..

Unfortunately
He can’t be bought out for 2 seasons. He’s a natural 3 which he calls himself) and would be nice to have to come off the bench. His contract does say he can only be bought out by an NBA team and therefore means Preldzlic is open to playing in the NBA.. He will be 26 then. I don’t know if he is a Grunfeld trade piece or if he is simply stashed.
