The 3 Year Plan

So, the Wizards season ticket renewal arrived in the mail. And, after back to back inspiring performances vs Indiana and Philadelphia, who wouldn't want to sign up for another year. Anyway, part of the team's pitch is a "3 year plan" in which the cost of your tickets won't increase in the next three years. Other than John Wall getting a year of experience and maybe getting rid of Gilbert, this season has felt like a waste. It's hard to look at this current roster and say there's anyone other than Wall you feel confident in building around. So, realistically, where do you see this team in 3 years?
