"Singleton shapes up as something of a James Posey clone."
APPROVED.

I want to know why Hollinger thinks he'll be able to hit a three pointer
He shot at best like 37% from the college line and his free throw percentages we Dominic McGuire-esque.

FWIW
James Posey shot 36.6% from three point land his final year at Xavier.

Not worth very much
Jared Jeffries shot 38.0% from three point land his final year at Indiana.
Meanwhile, Michael Redd shot 31.5% from three point land his final year at Ohio State.
Bottom line: it’s really, really hard to predict.
Free throw percentage is what I typically go off of
More often than not, there’s a pretty big correlation between free throw percentage and at the very least where a guy eventually winds up as far as his ability to hit a long two or a three. I’m not seeing it with Singleton, but I hope I’m wrong.

It's interesting that the writers pay a lot of attention to....
…Lewis and Blatche. They ought to recognize that they should not be in the long-term plans.
The Wizards need to get all-stars at the 3 and 4. Harrison Barnes would be good at the 3 and then they would still need to get a bruiser at the 4 from a trade or as a FA. (They also need to resign Young, or get a shooter at the 2).
If Veseley, Singleton, Mack, Crawford, or Booker didn’t get traded, they could form the basis of a 2nd unit. However, that unit would still need some offense firepower.
Oh, I forgot: EG and Flip will never get us to this vision. Nor have they articulated a vision, and even worse, their track record is pretty bad. If Ted wants to fill the stadium on hope, he ought to make some changes at the top.
