Diggin' that ankle/quad exercise
I wonder if they have a boxing out exercise…maybe like one of those NFL sleds where the coach stands on it while the guys drive it backwards running forwards…but in the NBA version, guys drive it backwards boxing out…

It might just be because he's tall or has weird joints or something
but he really doesn’t seem to get much range of motion, especially with his squats. Then again, he’s a pro athlete and I’m just some guy who goes to the gym, so it might be intentional or a modified version of a regular exercise.

Height probably a factor
Being 6’ and (irregularly) practicing martial arts stances designed for much shorter guys seems to place a lot of stress on my knees. Also, possible shorter range of motion increases explosiveness or quickness…
