NBA.com's Shaun Powell Commends Derek Fisher's Leadership
In the lockout, we have pointed fingers at both David Stern and Billy Hunter as bad guys. However, I can't think of anyone who can point a finger at Derek Fisher as a bad guy here.
Regardless of how you feel about this lockout and how bitter Stern or Hunter are, Lakers Guard and NBPA President Derek Fisher has demonstrated great leadership and composure throughout this process, and this could pay off after his playing career is over. This piece is actually a good one to read.
