In all seriousness, and we're probably blinded by loyalty, but after reading BF for two years and observing EG for longer, how many of you would rather see Ted pay Rook and Prada to be GM? And if that doesn't work, then hire Pritchard as a back up plan? And to build on this: what makes a successful NBA GM? A willing owner? Good staff? Lucky in the draft? Deft handling of contract scenarios within the salary cap? And why can't the Bullets/Wiz seem to attract such a person?
