Questions for Ted Leonsis' press conference

PrintSo Ted Leonsis is holding a press conference today at the Verizon Center with his partners, presumably to discuss his purchase of the Wizards and Washington Sports and Entertainment. It sounds like a pretty big deal, since the press release was sent out on the media lists for the Wizards, Caps and Mystics.
Anyway, I'll be attending this thing, and while I have some questions of my own in mind, I wanted to open up the floor to you guys too. Obviously, no guarantees I get to these questions, since it's a press conference and a lot of other media members will be there, but I'll do my best to relay them.

but he has repeatedly said he is looking forward to learning the NBA game. I doubt he’s going to be able to speak on those systems after a few weeks of learning.

I doubt he would answer it, but I’ve got to believe there are some areas, especially technology, where he had some input.

how involved will you be in NBA free agency with the NHL free agency starting the same day?

Do you plan to raise ticket prices (especially the discounted season ticket packages) in the near future?
When will you change the team's name back?

Does the abundance of All-NBA Free Agents tempt you to alter your 10 point plan which includes building through the draft? Do you anticipate making an offer to one of said All-NBA Free Agents?

Will you share the details of how much the Capitals will gain (increased revenue and value of the team) from this transaction? I don’t think that was factored into his purchase price.
First round draft picks have been purchased for 3M in previous years. In that same time the Wizards have been sellers. Given the stated commitment to youth and picks, Is the organization in a position to become a buyer now? Is that option on the table for Big Ern?
Does Ernie have any operating constraints outside of the salary cap?
Will he match the funds that Gilbert gives to charity as an homage to Abe?
Any chance he brings an outdoor bball or hockey game to RFK or Nats stadium?
The NHL has already stated that the Caps will get the Winter Classic in the next 2-3 years
Certainly, this increases the possibility that the Caps will get an NHL All-Star game now that they own their own building.

Ask about changing the jerseys and team name for the Wiz - is there a timeframe for review
Also, if he has an idea on the wiz being aggressive in FA
Does he foresee any ‘review’ of the front office personnel (Grunfeld)
There are two words I haven't heard:
“Redskins” and “Snyder”. Clearly, he has some aspirations of going after some of the cash cows of the Redskins and setting up an oppositional identity to the Redskins. Even the new regime of the Redskins is going veteran, veteran, veteran when many want the ’Skins to focus on the draft.
The branding here is Draft, Responsiveness, Happiness, Community Trust.

What's more important?
Talent or character? I guess what I want to know is how the organization will react to one of its stars not playing team ball, not following the coaches’ orders, acting childish, and the like. What I hope Ted would say is that the team will be tough but fair with all its players equally, from the brightest all-star to the duddliest dud.
