Rockets beat Wizards
Good news: Shaun Livingston has hopefully played well enough to take Earl Boykins' backup point guard minutes.
Bad news: Andray Blatche had a bad game. Eighteen points isn't nice when it comes on 22 shots without a free throw.
Otherwise? Meh. About what we all expected.

didnt get to see the game
how come JaVale (our project/future starting center) only got 16 minutes?
this was what i was referring to wrt labradford smith
as it relates to the saunders story.
Liked Livingston's game
though his legs won’t let him defend…any team bringing him in would have to hide him somehow. Magic couldn’t defend, either, not that I’m saying Sean’s that good. It’s a shame that he had bad luck with the injuries, I think there’s still a place for him in the League.
He is the best point guard the WIzzies have right now.
Plus any tall point guard is going to look slow defending Aaron Brooks.
I had pushed before the game yesterday for starting Livingston and Young in the backcourt. Nothing that took place on the court yesterday has dissuaded me that this is the better way to go for the next couple of games.
It is also important to note...
That if Livingston can regain some of his quickness over the offseason, he would make a REALLY nice compliment to Gilbert.
It’s too bad this team seems to be coming down to earth. I enjoyed watching them win a few for a change.
