Who will people be rooting for in the playoffs?

After watching the Bucks a fair amount the past two weeks, they are definitely the team I will be pulling for. They have a lot of very likable players in my opinion. Brandon Jennings appears to be the antithesis of Allen Iverson in that he takes constructive criticism and gets better. He reminds me so much of a young Gary Payton. Did you see the way he ball-hawked Randy Foye for 94 feet last night? Then you have Andrew Bogut who purchased season tickets for a couple hundred fans just so long as they came every night and cheered like crazy.

How great is that? I would love the Bucks to upset one of the teams in the first round.

Out West, I, along with thousands of others, have jumped on the Thunder bandwagon.

So, who will you be rooting for? (I imagine 90% of you will be rooting for whoever plays the Cavaliers, but other than that).

I'll wait

to see who actually makes it first before I make a final choice. But I could see myself pulling for the Mavs for Haywood’s sake.

Nuggets, Thunder, Magic, Bulls, Suns

Of those teams, the Suns are the one I’d most like to see win it all. I wouldn’t really mind seeing the Cavs win this year if only because Jamison deserves it and it would be an insane feat for Shaq, plus Cavs-Lakers could be one for the ages.

Interesting question

In the East, I’ve always liked Orlando. I think Dwight gets underappreciated and I like Carter, for reasons I can’t explain. Plus, they have the best chance to knock off Cleveland.

In the West, I’m pulling for Denver because of Karl’s cancer. I’m also hoping OKC makes noise because I love those guys.

You know you'll get devoured by Cheaney, Wallace, and Juwan Howard.

mostly im rooting against a Lakers-Cavs final

that would be unbearable. The games would be fun, but all the extracurricular stuff would drive me insane.

That makes two of us

I would be overjoyed if Atlanta and Denver made the Finals. Unrealistic, but I will hope nonetheless.

CavsMavs

just cuz it has a nice ring to it. but other than that, don’t care.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

I like them too...plus Miami, Grizzlies(if they make it), Dallas, Denver

I am a big fan of any player who grew up in my home area(the D©M(aryland)V(irginia), WHATTUP!!!), or any former Wizards.

I just want to see the hometown boys ball. So as much as i hate the cavs, i can root for D-West and Jamison.

Its nice to see Caron and Brendan killin out there in Dallas. They fit perfectly with that team. Brendan is really a force in the middle. They definitely have a legit title shot

I love OKC because I got a chance to see Jeff Green(at GTOWN) and Kevin Durant(in high school) play in person.. I really hope we bring Kevin home in 2010-2011. Imagine a frontline of [an improved] McGee, 7 Day Dray, and KD24. I dont care who is in the backcourt because theyd be damn good no matter who was back there(unless the point gaurd puts up 20 shots a game..hint hint.).

Always been a Beasley fan. His problem is that he has that tweener size that sometimes is a problem on defense.

The Grizzlies have some young talent and itd be nice to see them actually do good for once.

And of course you ahve to love Melo. The anti-Bron, who doesnt love watching him fill it up on the offensive end. IMO he has got the prettiest jumper in the league. Im pulling for Denver in the playoffs. Chauncey can still go toe-2-toe with any PG in the association and JR can fill it up with the best of him, plus he had that disgusting 360 alley oop. Game 7 of the finals, MELO GW!

Playoffs?!

Are you kidding me? Don’t talk about the playoffs! I’m just hoping that the Wizards win a game!

I like the Bucks because they play good defense

and Brandon Jennings is electric. Definitely pulling for them. If Chicago manages to squeeze in, I’m for them too, because I lived there for a few years when I was really young/
