Coach Saunders is not a bad coach -- but it is starting to look like he's not a good teacher, which means he's not a good fit for this team. The young superstar John Wall, as well as Blatche, McGee and others will need to be led by a patient, effective teacher as they wade through what will almost certainly be a trying 2010-2011 season. Ironically enough, the best candidate for the job is not Saunders, but a former pupil of his: Wizards assistant coach Sam Cassell.

Rashad Mobley of TAI for DCist. Excellent point, Flip may not be the best candidate given the present makeup of the roster.
