That said, it sounds like you guys need a high character guy or 2. I would like to introduce you to Kirk Hinrich and Luol Deng. They aren't particularly good at umm what's it called ... basketball, but your mothers would really like them. Please trade for them.

I’d do it in a heart beat. If the money worked I’d trade Kurt for anybody. But Bulls management LOVES (intimately) Kurt and Deng.

Any interest in trading Mike Miller and his expiring for Kurt, I mean you don’t want to let Miller walk for nothing like we did with Gordon?

Any thoughts on the viability of the Butler for Kurt rumor that blew up the internets awhile back?

during the glory years I was yelling to anyone that would listen that we needed to pick up EITHER mike miller OR kirk hinrich to pair up with Arenas. To somehow end up with both of them but no gil would be that final twist of the dagger.

While Kurt and Tyrus Thomas for Jamison works, I doubt Bulls do it as it may take them out of the 2010 Free Agent sweepstakes… I think this trade works out for both teams especially since I would expect Salmons to exercise his option to op out at the end of this season.
