Brendan Haywood is already working on those Antonio McDyess midrange jumpers.

That's actually nice to see
Personally, I don’t like the idea of having our 7 foot, 270 pound center anywhere near the perimeter, but if he becomes automatic with the elbow jumper a la KG, it could help us to space the floor a bit more for Gilbert, Randy Foye, and Caron Butler.

Yeah those are wide open shots for a center until he starts hitting 'em.
Then a host of other options open up. I’m most impressed with his one-handed catch and pivot shots. Brendan used to be a complete circus trying to catch one-handed, wooden hands, doinked passes, here he looks capable and competent (albeit with a slow soft toss to the target mitt).

Yeah, he's changed a lot
I downloaded an old game off of bballvideos, the 2004 one where TMac scored 60 or something against us, and Haywood looked like a completely different player. He was still stiff, but he just seemed to have zero feel for the game, no heart, and no hands whatsoever. I mean, he didn’t even put his hands up to rebound, much less catch balls cleanly. It’d be nice to see him completely change from Kwame Brown 2.0 to a future coach-type who’s now almost completely well-rounded.

That's 'the Hoops Whisperer' Idan Ravin
Working him out. Gil has worked with the guy, Carmelo too, among a host of others.
