Scott Schroeder is the webmaster of SB Nation's D-League blog Ridiculous Upside and is also the (in his own words) Director of Public/Media Relations/Office Manager/et cetera of the Dakota Wizards. He's announcing that the Dakota Wizards are holding open tryouts for their team on October 10-11 in DC. Literally anyone can sign up, and according to Scott, about 25% of the players in the D-League made teams via open tryouts.
