Wizards Insider: Flip talks about having an eight-man rotation

None of this is very surprising. We all know how Flip operates and we know he likes tight, small rotations with all eight guys playing similar minutes. But to me, this underscores the need to consolidate our roster with a big trade for an impact guy. We know depth helps, but not when guys don't play.
