Gilbert to Chauncey

I am getting tired of hearing this crap about Arenas not wanting the role of team leader. If he wants to get paid like a superstar(which he definitely is), he needs to step up and take responsibility.

One of the best team (and floor) leaders in the game right now is Chauncey Billups. Maybe the best thing about Flip Saunders being here now is his long history with Billups . If he can somehow get Arenas to grow into the leader Billups is, this team can go far. And with Sam Cassel on staff as well, that's one more voice in his ear. 

So, with all this talk about the draft pick, trade scenarios, the lack of defense, maybe the best chance this team has to take the next step, is in house, with the team's marquee player growing into the true superstar he wants to be.
