Maybe if our management was the same as it was in 1998 or if Ray Allen was the player he was in 1998.
By the way, am I the only person who’s noticed that fans and writers for elite teams always seem to think that it’s realistic for them to completely fleece teams like us? I read a trade proposal by a Spurs fan yesterday about Manu Ginobli for Caron Butler and/or the fifth pick.
