Either Flip or Ernie will be representing the Wizards at the lottery.
My money would be for Flip, since he's the new guy, but we'll see what happens as we get closer to Tuesday.
UPDATE: According to NBA.com, Ernie will be the on-stage representative and Flip will be the Lottery Room Participant.

Why can’t they be original or at least funny with the on screen rep? Why not Pecherov or, as they mentioned on the Wizards blog, Muresan? Why not Soulja Boy? Why not just invite Blake Griffin to be the Wizards’ rep?? Or a Rubio look-alike? Seth Rogan?
