So Close, Yet So Very, Very, Very, Very Far Away

Stay connected for news and updates

If you would've told me before the game tonight that the Wizards would only lose by 9 and that they would've kept the game competitive throughout, despite being without Caron Butler for all of the 2nd half, I probably would've told you that I'd admire the effort, but also that I'd be upset at myself because I'd get too emotionally invested in the game, hoping beyond hope that they could somehow upset one of the best teams in the league.

Now that the game is over, I can tell you for sure that I'm proud of the effort and that I'm upset at myself for getting too emotionally invested in the game, hoping beyond hope that they could somehow upset one of the best teams in the league.
