with all the injuries to guards would the Wizards ever consider

playing Jamison at the 3, gilbert and Butler at the guard spot, and starting Blatche and Hayword downlow

It would be cool to see Jamison at the 3.

It would really help the wiz defense, and rebounding, without giving up offense

The Wizards would get a ton of rebounds and a lot of extra possessions.

Also they're defense sucks with Jamison playing power foward, at sf its less of a big deal nd he can use his size to cause problems

Blatche has a lot of potential, and the extra playing time would really help him.

The scoring may even improve with the move.

This should be a starting lineup, it should at least be tried

Play jamison 20 minutes at sf and 15 at pf

It would help lessen the effects of injuries

I'm not completely opposed to it

I think it would depend on matchups, and I hate seeing us held hostage to that. Caron guarding Ray Allen and AJ checking Pierce would be horrible against the Celtics, but I could see it working a bit against a team like Dallas or LA.

Caron isn't a flip saunders 2-guard

I just don’t see him being effective running off of screens and doing the things that foye and miller have been doing since flip has been practicing the system.

as a 2 guard

sorry accidentally hit post early. Not sure how that would help the D as we would have three bad defenders on the perimeter and the ball movement would probably suffer.

I'm not opposed

to playing Twan at the 3 for 10-15 minutes a game, but I don’t think it should be with Butler at the 2. As said above, ball movement and perimeter D would take a big and unnecessary hit (considering how bad we’ve been in those areas this year). Arenas, Miller, Jamison, Blatche, Haywood is a very tall, more mobile five than with Butler in there. However, this ALL depends on the match ups.
