Blatche, who changed his number to "7" this year to symbolize that he’s working on his game seven days a week, has said repeatedly that he’s trying to be more consistent and professional. But it’s still a struggle to be on the right level as soon as he sets foot on the floor.
"I need somebody to slap me before the game or something," said Blatche.
Andray would like a nice slap before each game. Somehow I get the feeling Nick Young will volunteer for this and it will end up on YouTube at some point.
Still, it's nice to see Andray wanting to take a page out of the John Henderson school of pre-game motivation.

Practice that pre-game slap – - – - maybe if Blatche gets good enough, he can try out for the Russian team:

I think
All BF members are willing to slap Blatche in the face to get him to play more consistently. At least Blatche realizes that he isn’t playing as well as he’s capable of playing.
There's another good thing
His poor play is not related to his conditioning, attitude, or energy level; all of which have been very good.
