(Repeat as necessary) Every point is worth the same
Yay fourth quarter! Yay Javaris Crittenton! Yay to us actually playing our best at the end!

Boo everything else. Toronto stinks and they were missing three starters. We should have won this one.

How how how
did only two Wizards get more rebounds than Jake Voskuhl? Jake Voskuhl!

Jake is the Raptors secret weapon...
Sick of hearing accusations they were too soft a team to threaten anyone, the Raptors picked Jake up off the boneyard of free agency two weeks before Christmas to put some teeth into their inside game.
Thanks to Canal + Sports Poland last Friday, I watched Toronto absolutely shred Houston (last night’s conqueror of the Celtics) and Voskuhl’s dirty work on Yao Ming was a thing of beauty, exactly what the Raptors had hoped for.
Voskuhl was a great player at UConn, where he teamed with Rip Hamilton to win a National Championship in 1999.

I'm running out of positive things to say about this team
I liked seeing Crittenton out there, but they just keep finding ways to lose games they should win. It’s really disappointing.

Raise your hand
If you knew Jake Voskuhl was still in the league.

Javale been McGitmo'd?
Has Javale been whisked away by the government never to be heard from again, and cannot be spoken of in this country for national-security reasons, is that why I’m not seeing on BulletsForever or WizardsInsider more what-the-hell-are-you-doing-destroying-McGee’s-confidence-and-morale-you-asshole-Tapscott comments?
Come on, it’s an outrage that Tap believes a 7-27 team cannot afford to give our lone ‘08 draft pick and lone active true center (Blatche=PF, Songaila=SF/PF, Thomas=poet) a single minute of playing time for two straight games.
If I somehow missed the McGee’s injured announcement, then full apologies for the rant. If not, then what the deuce!

I think
The outrage with JaVale’s playing time has kind of become like the outrage at the BCS. You can scream, you can yell, you can make logical arguments, yet it probably won’t change anything. So at least for me personally, it’s kind of become something that just makes me sigh and then I move on.

Maybe JaVale's mom won't give it up to Coach Tap.

Tapscott complaining fatigue
Jake is exactly right. This is exactly how I feel. And I just read Ivan Carter’s recap of the game last night, yuck! Glad I didn’t see it.

Stats on changes in mpg for young players from EJ to Tap
Heres how the Wizards minutes have changed from Eddie Jordan to Ed Tapscott
Young- 26 mpg to 18.3 mpg
Blatche- 17 mpg to 23.6 mpg
McGuire- 10.7 mpg to 19.4 mpg
McGee- 22 mpg to 9.6 mpg
Pecherov- 2.9 mpg to 1.8 mpg
Crittenton- 0 mpg (for sake of argument)
to 6.7 mpg
The collective mpg allotted to the five young players has changed from 78.6 to 79.4 from EJ to Tap. Virtually no increase even though our playoff hopes have gone from bad @ 1-10 to completely erased @ 7-27(pointing out here that as the season became more futile you would expect the coach to play younger players more, therefore making the negligible increase under Tapscott even more appalling. Add to that the fact that there have been injuries to two vets (Butler and Stevenson)and the addition of a young player (Crittenton) since Tap took over.

didn't see game
but disappointed they dropped this one.

the worst part is listening to raptors announcers on league pass
one of those dudes blatantly tries to be bill raftery and is the most annoying opposing team announcer i’ve ever heard

lucky -
i just LP about 5 days ago – tired of audio-only and cbs game tracker (deshawn stevenson/mike james missed 3-pt. jump shot – repeat).
have gotten nothing but opponents announcers.

i'm in tucson, AZ
right down the street from the new Richard Jefferson athletic facility at UofA!
waiting for a similar act of giving back to your school from gilbert.
i was wondering if league pass looks at where you’re located – but then is it just proximity, or a regional feed kind of thing?

On broadband
I usually just get the home announcers.
