I just bumped into the elusive Mr. Arenas in the hallway after practice and hit with: "Hey man, you're going to play this season you and I both know it."
Arenas: "Yeah."

We should start taking bets.

I'll believe it-
when I actually see it. If he’s not close to practicing then who knows.

Seeing the usually talkative Arenas
so aloof and hidden is weird. I wish they’d just make a call regarding his status so he can go back to being himself.

Yeah
It is kinda strange isn’t it… No quotes in the papers.. No blogging. Reporters having to chase him down to get one word answers…
Definitely not Arenas-like.

All NBA players are confident
I think it’s more of his quirkiness — plus he’s kind of good at basketball….

I'm not sure
But I think I’ve heard of this guy. I hear he’s a pretty good player. I wonder what NBA team he plays for. I wouldn’t mind him playing for the Wizards, maybe if we had him we might have a better record. I wonder if Grunfeld can pull some strings to get this guy to play for us.
