Around SBN: Tiger Woods Makes His 2012 PGA Tour Debut

Pollin': Big Words

Tg15_medium

As Dan pointed out this morning, Gilbert's press conference for his new contract is happening today.  When he did his press conference the first time around, he made the bold prediction that the Wizards would make the playoffs.  It took him a year longer than he anticipated, but he did fulfill his promise and has now done so for the last four years.

Now, as we come to Gilbert's second big press conference as a Wizard, we ask you, what do you think the chances are that Gilbert makes another bold prediction for the next six seasons that he's in D.C.?  Will he say that he's going to win MVP?  Is he going to drop the F-Bomb?  Will he decalre the Jeremy Shockey trade the move that puts the Saints over the top?  Not if he has a brain.

Your prediction about a prediction is up to you.

I

I voted Yes. I think another good poll would be whether anything he says has a shelf life of more than 30 seconds. He likes to talk and sometimes that includes saying things he doesn’t mean or doesn’t take very seriously himself.

My question to anyone who doesn’t think he should drop the F-bomb, what goal should he aspiring too? What is he allowed to say about it?

YES

I think he announces that he is a candidate for vice president but wont disclose which Pres candidate is considering him.

Yea, but....

If any bold prediction comes with the word, “hope” then is it really a prediction?

My guess

He’ll badmouth someone who signed a max contract and hurt their team. Best guesses are Iverson, KG or Michael Redd.

You know you'll get devoured by Cheaney, Wallace, and Juwan Howard.

Or, he'll call some town...

Who's hotter?

Lindsay Czarniak or Kelli Johnson? That’s Lindsay in the picture, right?
