Hollinger rates this year's crop of bigs
I know we gave Hollinger some flack for the whole 33 win prediction, but he's still one of best writers in the business. I'd highly recommend reading it, even if you don't agree with his assessments of all the players.
In unrelated news, congrats to Truth for getting his profile on Walter Sharpe linked to by Wizards Insider today.

I see Hollinger agrees with me on Darrell Arthur
And yes, I’m the one who has been giving him his one vote in the last 2 BF polls. Mark my words, the guy will be good. I would take him over Lopez in a heartbeat.
Getting buckets since 2003.

Interesting
Interesting that Hollinger ranks Hibbert in the top 6 big men in the draft.
The Wizards need low post scoring. Since Beasley, Love, Lopez and Arthur will most likely NOT fall to the Wizards, that leaves a choice between Speights and Hibbert…
Beware of the Hollinger Curse
Throughout the season, pretty much the opposite of what Hollinger said was going to happen, happened.
To recap:
Before the season, he predicted the Wiz to finish 33-49 and 13th in the East. [0-1, Wizards finished 43-39 and 5th];
Hollinger also put Caron Butler on his All-Decline team. [0-2, he tried to make it up by putting both Caron and Antawn on the all-star team….no brainer];
Hollinger called Nick Young a bust….a believe an exact quote went like this: “Why exactly are we supposed to be excited about this guy?” [0-3, Young still has a way to go…but it’s clear that he will be an ‘exciting’ offensive weapon];
As a final insult, Hollinger predicted the Wizards to beat the Cavaliers. [0-4]
