Tuff Juice is practicing again, and it sounds like he looked good.

Coach Eddie Jordan was very encouraged by what he saw: "He looked great today. A lot of burst, speed and explosion...great passing and just running up and down the floor. He just looked good today, a lot better than I thought. He went through 95 percent of practice and we just cooled him down at the end."

No word on his return, but this is a good start.

It really belongs under the diaries section but the comments are closed for the one I wanted to post too. I've mentioned a couple of times on the blog when discussing injuries and Wiz training staff that the Suns are thought to have one of the best training staffs in the league. But I never posted any links. The above link talks a little about the future of NBA training and injury prevention and how the suns are at the forefront. Unfortunately given the state of our injuries, I don't think their methods have spread to the Wizards yet.
