By the way

I have an irrational fear that Gilbert Arenas' career will be just like Earl the Pearl's, in that he's a revolutionary player that leaves the franchise to go to a championship team, and completely transforms his game.

I'm not really familiar with any of the teams prior to the late 90's so I can't put them on the all-time team.

PG: Rod Strickland
SG: Gilbert Arenas

i think that we should count it based on their time in Washington. No one outside of Washington even knows that Big Ben was a Bullet/Wizard for a season or two. That probably should eliminate a few other guys too (Stackhouse, Hamilton possibly).
